Refund Policy

Please note our cancellation window of 24 hours for all booked appointments. A late cancellation fee of 50% of service(s) booked will be charged for appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment. In the event of a no show, 100% of scheduled service(s) booked will be charged to your account on file. All service purchases and deposits are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within our policies. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Please review our service terms and conditions.
